Q. What time can we arrive at Willow Cottage and when do we have to leave by?

Current arrival time is from 3.30pm.
Between 3.30pm -5.30pm we will meet & greet you to give a familiarisation tour of the cottage and answer any queries you might have. After 5.30pm the keys will be in a key safe, so please ask for the code if arriving later.

Departure is by 10am on leaving day.

Q. Do you have an EV charging point available?

Yes we do for our guests to use whilst they are staying at Willow Cottage.  There is a usage cost involved, determined by the current daily rate at the time of staying.

Q. What is in the arrival pack?

We provide a small fresh milk, starter supplies of teabags, coffee and sugar, biscuits, homemade  preserves, bottle of fizz (or non alcoholic drink if you notify us beforehand), starter supplies of toilet rolls, kitchen roll, foil & clingfilm, dishcloth, dishwasher tablet, bin bag, salt & pepper,  and a lovely bunch of fresh flowers to welcome you to Willow Cottage.

Q. Can I bring my pet, as they are well behaved?

Willow Cottage is a pet free cottage for the comfort of all our guests, some of whom may have allergies, so no pets at all are allowed.

Q. Can I smoke outside the cottage on the decked area?

Willow Cottage is a wooden building and is therefore a smoke free cottage, inside and in all outside areas, for the safety and comfort of all our guests. Smoking is not allowed anywhere at Willow Cottage. No naked flames/candles are allowed for the same reasons.

Q. Can I bring my baby/small child?

Willow Cottage is unsuitable for babies/small children so they can't be accommodated here.

Q. Is there anywhere to park?

We have a dedicated guest parking space for your use, in our own personal off road gravelled parking area.
